How do I access a course I paid for?
Log into My Account → Downloads/My Courses. Every purchase is available immediately and for life.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund if you don’t pass the final assessment on a paid course — no questions asked.
When will my CE hours show up at NY DOS?
Same business day you pass. We file electronically the moment your assessment is graded.
Do you offer live in-person classes?
Yes, live Zoom sessions on a rolling schedule, plus in-person sessions in NYC.
