I didn’t receive my certificate yet.
Certificates for in-person or webinar training sessions are issued within 24 hours of class completion. They’re emailed to you and also placed in your student portal for easy access.
The name on my certificate is wrong.
This usually means you registered with a name that differs from the one on your real estate license. Log into your student portal and update your name under settings, then contact us to reissue the certificate with the corrected name.
