Course Overview

This course is designed to teach the Real Estate Professional the basics and the benefits incorporating financial planning into their businesses, how to guide clients on basic financial planning concepts and how to begin a basic financial plan.

This course has three parts:

1) An overview of fundamental financial planning concepts

2) A discussion on situations and scenarios a real estate professional may relate to or identify, ways to use basic financial planning personally or professionally

3) Details on how the different decisions can have drastic effects on buying or selling a home without financial planning.
