Course Overview

In this course, we will focus on understanding the ways to evaluate prospective tenants
and how to properly screen them. Fair Housing, the FCRA, and other regulatory issues
have made it clear that there are specific guidelines when screening potential tenants.
Real estate agents will benefit greatly from the learning what information is available and
how it should be used when screening tenants.
