I Didn't Receive My Certificate Yet

Cetificates to in person or webinar training sessions will be issued within 24 hours of class completeion. They will be emailed to you and also placed in your student portal for easy access.

The Name On My Certificate is Wrong

If the name on your certificate is wrong, it could mean that you registered for our website with a name that differs from the one that appears on your real estate license. You can log into your student portal and update your name from within the settings. You will need to contact us in order to reissue the certificate using the updated name.
