Curtis Quow
A Brooklyn native known for his proactive approach and positive demeanor, Curtis Quow is a seasoned real estate expert who has been helping buyers, sellers, and renters in Brooklyn and Manhattan for over nine years. He is extremely thorough and transparent throughout the buying and selling process and always acts in his clients’ best interests.
Curtis is an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and practical experience in finance. Prior to his real estate career, he regularly performed cash flow analyses and assisted clients in making informed decisions about property valuations and investment opportunities. Today, his knowledge of risk management and market dynamics brings an added layer of value as he helps clients buy and sell homes. He has worked on high-producing, award-winning teams and has sold properties at well above the asking price.
As a proud homeowner who relied on his own agent for support and advice, Curtis understands that navigating a real estate transaction is a full-time job that requires honesty and professionalism. He enjoys the face-to-face aspects of working with clients and seeks to provide the same down-to-earth guidance he received when he embarked on his own real estate journey. He is attentive and easygoing, and his commitment and track record have earned him many repeat customers and referrals. He specializes in working with first-time homebuyers and selling condos, multi-family homes, and luxury rental properties.
In 2016, Curtis set out with a vision to create a social event where he could educate future first-time homeowners, investment property owners, and newly licensed real estate agents. Out of that idea came the New York Real Estate Mixer (NYREM), a premier networking organization designed to bring together the top real estate agents, mortgage brokers, entrepreneurs, and more industry professionals for mutual benefit.
Curtis was born and raised in Brooklyn and still lives in the Prospect Lefferts Gardens-Flatbush area today. In his free time, he loves playing and watching basketball with his daughter and trying new restaurants in the city. He also enjoys attending live concerts and is always up for a game of chess.
